Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the circuit court's order granting defendants' motion for summary disposition. We reverse.

Plaintiffs filed suit on November 29, 1988, alleging that Kevin Marshall Davis, their fifteen-year-old son, purchased beer from defendants.
