Waterford Place Condominium Association and three of its individual members (Waterford) appeal the Superior Court's denial of an application for a writ of review. Waterford challenged a decision by the City of Seattle (City) granting a master use permit (MUP) to project applicants Tom McDermott and Hannah Reisner (Applicants). We affirm.
