Matthew Sylvester Two Bulls was charged with aggravated sexual abuse, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153, 2241(a)(1) (1989), and sexual abuse of a minor, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153, 2243 (1989), arising out of the rape of a fourteen-year-old girl on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
