COZORT, Judge.
Defendant appeals from entry of judgment in favor of plaintiff on plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings wherein defendant alleged duress and other matters in defense of plaintiff's claim for breach of an agreement giving plaintiff the option to purchase defendant's partnership interest.
