On March 20, 1985, the defendant Peter Popham allegedly operated his motor vehicle in a negligent manner which caused the plaintiffs' vehicle to be involved in an accident in which the plaintiffs sustained injuries. The plaintiffs seek to recover damages for these personal injuries from the defendant, Peter Popham, as the operator and owner of the vehicle, and from Clinton Popham...
