On July 13, 1989, Lamont Lindell Perry, M.D. ("Debtor") filed his petition under Chapter 7. On October 13, 1989 Sandra Betts Nickens and Cora M. Moore, Co-Administrators of the Estate of Virginia Morton ("Plaintiffs"), filed a complaint against Debtor to determine the dischargeability of a debt under section 523(a)(6).
