Appellants Morris J. Miller and Arnold L. Ross were convicted on four counts of wire fraud and aiding and abetting wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1343 and 2. Miller was also convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. At trial, Miller and Ross sought to call John S. Matarazzo...
