This is an appeal from an order terminating appellant's parental rights to her twelve year old daughter.

The child, G.D.G., who was born out of wedlock in December of 1977, was six months old when she was abandoned by appellant in a bar. Since that time she has been in the custody of the Department of Human Services (DHS), having been placed in an adoptive foster home. Appellant had no contact with the child between 1979, and 1981 when visitation...
