Defendant appeals as of right from the February 6, 1989, circuit court order granting summary disposition and awarding costs and attorney fees to plaintiff in this action brought under the Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 et seq.; MSA 4.1801(1) et seq. We affirm.
