This is an appeal from a sentence imposed under the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines following the defendant's conviction for conspiracy to distribute cocaine. The trial court increased the offense level under Guideline § 3C1.1 because the defendant fled the jurisdiction while on bond pending sentencing.
