Herman Paschke seeks relief from personal restraint imposed as a result of his incarceration for carnal knowledge and rape. He contends (1) his sentences for the 1972 abduction and carnal knowledge convictions should have run concurrently rather than consecutively; (2) the Parole Board erred in setting the minimum terms on these convictions to run consecutively; (3) his sentence should have been set pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1981 (SRA)...
