In order to develop the property, petitioner obtained subdivision approval from the Town of Warwick Planning Board for a portion of the property located in that town. Shortly after the subdivision map was filed in the Orange County Clerk's office, respondent Tax Map Supervisor of Orange County determined that the town boundary line...
