The National Labor Relations Board seeks enforcement of its order finding respondent Lakepark Industries, Inc. in violation of sections 8(a)(1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and (3). The Board also found that Lakepark had violated section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act by engaging in surveillance of union activities, assigning more onerous work to employees in reprisal...
