This is an original mandamus action in which Relator Glenda Moore seeks relief from an order entered by Judge Joe Johnson, presiding judge of the 170th District Court, McLennan County, Texas, compelling her to submit to a physical examination by one of four neurosurgeons at Scott & White Clinic.
