Seeking to recover attorney's fees, appellant Guy E. Matthews filed this action against appellee Sam Proler for breach of contract, recovery in quantum meruit, and suit on a sworn account. Pursuant to Tex. R.Civ.P. 120a, Proler made a special appearance through counsel asserting lack of in personam jurisdiction.
