Kelley Rae Alexander appeals her conviction for failure to deliver leased personal property. Kelley contends that the trial court failed to find all of the essential elements of the offense. Kelley also contends that the trial court violated her due process rights by shifting the burden of proof from the State to her on one of the elements of the offense.
