Defendant has appealed the one-year suspension of his operating privileges imposed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing, for violation of section 1547 of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S. §1547. For the reasons which follow, we will dismiss the appeal.

The facts are deduced from the testimony of the sole witness, police officer Dean Custuzzo of the Shenango Township Police Department...
