John Robert Timms, appellant, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of heroin. He moved, pretrial, to suppress the evidence seized when he was arrested. That motion having been heard and denied, he proceeded to trial, before the court, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, on a not guilty plea upon an agreed statement of facts.
