BACKGROUND
On or about May 1, 1990, the creditors of Transcon Lines (Transcon) filed an involuntary Chapter 7 petition against Transcon. The debtor, Transcon, subsequently consented to an entry of an order for relief under Chapter 11. Leonard L. Gumport was appointed trustee of the bankruptcy estate.
