This is an appeal from the Eighth Judicial District, Cascade County. Plaintiffs, the personal representative of the deceased, Barry R. Rowe, his widow, Karen Rowe, and their two children, sought a declaratory ruling that they were entitled to recover uninsured motorist benefits under two umbrella policies issued by Travelers Indemnity Company.
