Appellant, Kenneth A. Forrester, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine. Forrester pled nolo contendere to both charges, reserving his right to appeal the trial court's ruling denying his motion to suppress, and the trial court withheld adjudication of guilt and placed him on probation.
