OPINION

PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

This controversy concerns appellant's disposition of some of the collateral for a loan. Following a bench trial, the court awarded actual and exemplary damages and attorney's fees to appellees. The judgment is affirmed as modified but is remanded for entry of postjudgment interest.
