This is an appeal from a decision of the district court in Bonner County upholding the dismissal of a claim and delivery action at the conclusion of a trial in the magistrate division. The plaintiff in the action, Arthur Pass, asserts that the magistrate erred in determining that the defendants, the Kennys, were the owners, and were entitled to possession, of the property in question.
