This is yet another action arising out of the operations of the Grand Gulf Nuclear Power Station in Claiborne County, Mississippi.1 This invasion of privacy action arises from a public disclosure of private facts and turns on whether the Defendants exceeded the limits of their privilege to allay employee fears of unanticipated contamination hazards.
