Plaintiff John Kluge brings this diversity action to recover on a $100,000 loan made to defendant William D. Fugazy, Sr. Fugazy counterclaims that Kluge is indebted to Fugazy in the amount of $157,000 arising out of the lease-purchase of two buses.
