The trial court granted partial summary judgment against Steven and Barbara Radloff on claims relating to chemical destruction of their commercial asparagus fields. The court ruled that the majority of their claims were time barred by Minn.Stat. § 541.07(8) (1986) and entered final judgment under Rule 54.02 of the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure.
