O'CONNOR, Justice.
This is an appeal from a summary judgment. We affirm.
The parties, Eleanor Janice Law and Robert Andrew Law, married in 1964 and divorced in 1982. During the 18 years of their marriage, Mr. Law worked at the Johnson Manned Space Craft Center (NASA).
