Plaintiff, Clarine Eggleston, sought administrative review in the circuit court of Cook County from a decision of the Board of Review (Board) which denied her claim for unemployment compensation. The circuit court confirmed the Board's determination, and on appeal plaintiff contends that the circuit court erred.
