Defendants UTF Carriers, Inc. (UTF) and National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pa. (National Union), appeal the district court's grant of partial summary judgment in favor of Ryder Truck Rental, Inc. (Ryder), and the denial of their motion for summary judgment in this declaratory judgment action. Ryder Truck Rental Co. v. UTF Carriers, Inc., 719 F.Supp. 455
