STATON, Judge.

The First National Bank of Mishawaka ("Bank") filed a complaint against Janet Rea d/b/a Bottle Shoppe Liquors ("Bottle Shoppe") and James Rea as guarantor to collect on a $70,000 note. The Reas counterclaimed, alleging that they had incurred the indebtedness because of false representations made by the Bank. These claims were consolidated with a suit brought by Eugene Muia to recover from the Reas rent due under a lease of the Bottle Shoppe premises...
