PER CURIAM.

The trial court found appellant guilty of driving while intoxicated, first offense. Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 6701l-1 (Supp. 1990). The court assessed punishment at incarceration for two years and a $500 fine, but imposition of sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on probation.

In two points of error, appellant contends the State failed to prove the corpus delicti of the offense and that the evidence is otherwise insufficient...
