This action is a suit by two insureds for a declaratory judgment to determine the coverage limits of an automobile excess liability insurance contract. The excess insurer contended its policy was unambiguous, the insureds' primary policy provided coverage of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per occurrence, the excess policy required minimum primary coverage limits of $250,000 per person and $500,000 per occurrence, and the insureds had a gap in coverage...
