The instant suit for damages arises out of a claim for legal malpractice.

FACTS

On February 9, 1979, two Louisiana corporations, Century Sounds (Century) and its marketing agent Worldwide Systems, Inc. (Worldwide), entered into a franchise agreement with Frank Lewis, a domiciliary of Florida.
