Defendant Touche Ross & Co. ("Touche") has moved under Rule 12(b)(6), Fed.R.Civ.P., to dismiss the amended complaint of the plaintiffs Stanley B. Block et al ("Block") on statute of limitations grounds, for failure to state a cause of action and alternatively under Rule 9(b), Fed.R.Civ.P., for failure to plead fraud with particularity.
