In November of 1988, the Security State Bank of Hamilton (BANK) loaned the Plaintiffs $17,911.68 to purchase a 1985 Oldsmobile Cierra and took a security interest in the vehicle. In August of 1989, that loan and two others were consolidated into a single loan with the BANK again taking a security interest in the vehicle.
