This is an appeal from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. We reverse.

Appellant Alan Jay Ward was found guilty of violating 75 Pa.C.S. § 3367, Racing on the Highways, before District Justice Lee Peglow. A trial de novo was held before the Honorable Raymond Scheib. Judge Scheib found Ward guilty, and sentenced him to pay a fine of $210.00. Post-trial motions were filed and denied,...
