This is a contempt of court proceeding which is ancillary to an appeal as of right by Gary Hinkle from a July 21, 1989, Wayne Circuit Court order which granted Billy Calcutt's motion for summary disposition. The order awarded Calcutt a fund consisting of approximately $180,000 in health insurance proceeds which was on deposit with the trial court in an interpleader action.
