For seventeen years the plaintiffs, Gerald E. Cushman and Amanda M. Cushman, his wife, used the name "Mutton Hollow" in the operation of a "theme park" on Highway 76 west of Branson. In early 1988, defendant Steven S. Redford incorporated defendant "Mutton Hollow Land Development, Inc.", and defendant "Mutton Hollow Property Owners' Association, Inc." Defendants propose using those corporate names in the development and operation of a recreational vehicle...
