In this appeal the question is whether an amendment to a criminal statute was passed in violation of article III, section 29 of the Iowa Constitution. This constitutional provision requires that all legislative acts deal with only one subject. We do not decide this constitutional question because the amendment was incorporated into the Iowa Code long before the present challenge. In these circumstances...
