Thomas Cusack1 appeals the sentence imposed by the district court after he pled guilty to one count of violating the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c). Finding no error in the district court's sentence, we affirm.
