GODDARD, Judge.

This is an appeal as of right by Wayne R. Jeffers from a judgment entered July 31, 1989, in the Probate Court of Washington County, sitting without a jury, on his application for a year's support1 out of the estate of his deceased wife, Margaret Jeffers.2
