This matter is before the Court upon a Motion for Withdrawal of Reference by Teri G. Rasmussen, for defendants Emma Collins Bartley, et al. This Court's jurisdiction is invoked pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) and 28 U.S.C. § 1334(c) in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 157(a) and the Order of Reference dated July 30, 1984 issued by this District.
