PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal by Larry Whitt from an order of the Circuit Court of Mercer County sentencing him to from one to five years in the State penitentiary and fining him $5,000 for distribution of marijuana. On appeal, the defendant, who initially plead guilty to the charge, claims, among other things, that the trial court erred in not allowing him to withdraw his guilty plea.
