The employer and his carrier appeal from a final order awarding claimant temporary partial disability benefits. Specifically, appellants challenge the judge's holdings that (1) claimant gave the requisite statutory notice of injury to the employer; (2) claimant was not an independent contractor for purposes of her average weekly wage determination; and (3) claimant was entitled to temporary partial disability benefits.
