Colin Alan and Patricia Knobloch appeal the granting of summary judgment in a declaratory relief action decreeing Reliance Insurance Company (Reliance) had no duty to defend or indemnify Alan in an underlying civil action, and awarding Reliance reimbursement of all amounts it expended in Alan's defense.
