WEINSTEIN, District Judge.

Defendant Ruben Ceballos pleaded guilty to one count of an indictment charging him with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Under the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984, defendant's offense level was determined to be 20 points; the sentencing guidelines suggest a sentence of 33 to 41 months.
