Plaintiff appeals from an order granting summary judgment and dismissing his claim for personal injuries against Timothy and Theresa Locke (Homeowners). Two issues are raised on appeal: (1) whether Homeowners had a duty to provide plaintiff with a safe work place; and, (2) whether the trial court erred in determining that there were no material disputed issues of fact concerning plaintiff's claim that he was injured due to the negligence...
