Petitioner Saverio G. Schifano, brings this petition pro se under the All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1651 "to vacate, set aside or correct [his] sentence." Petitioner makes the following claims: 1) that he has been denied his Fifth Amendment right to due process of law and his Eighth Amendment right to be free of cruel and inhumane punishment because the United States Parole Commission ordered...
