WIEAND, Judge:

In this appeal from a judgment of sentence1 imposed following a bench trial in which Louis R. Benchino was found guilty of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, he contends that police conduct was so outrageous as to constitute a violation of due process and that he was entrapped as a matter of law. After careful review, we reject these arguments and affirm the judgment of sentence.
