Yessid Fuentes-Moreno, a Columbian citizen, pled guilty to a charge of possessing heroin on board an aircraft arriving in United States customs territory, a violation of Title 21, U.S.C. § 955. He does not contest the underlying conviction but claims that the district court imposed an improper sentence under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
